So many massage therapists go through the motions of asking what you need worked on, only to run through their typical routine without focusing on your problem areas. Sara is different! She's a good listener! And you feel so much better afterward! I highly recommend her!
Great place to get a massage! I went there post Ironman 70.3 in May, and Sara did a great job. Found her using Google, and she had good reviews. It was well worth the trip for sure.
I've been having some SI/Lower Back pain all year and have been doing everything short of getting a shot. Sarah worked on it and it was amazing. She focused on my issue and it really made a difference. She is very personal and professional. Felt comfortable the whole time.
