Left me sitting for 15 mins after the appt to then tell me that she wasn’t aware of the confirmation and she wasn’t in town even though I texted at 1:00pm that I was in the building for my 1:30pm appt. But really she gives her client her all and that’s disappointing that she had no care for my time.
