5 stars doesn’t do justice for this training Studio. Eleny is superior in her field and has transformed me into a fitness lover. I have been going to this studio for 6 months and it has changed my life. Where can you find a trainer with expertise in there field, actual knowledge on how to reach your goals and one on one personal training? Almost nowhere!! Eleny is a TRUE GEM!!!
Eleny is an amazing trainer and an amazing human being! Since starting with her a few months back I've gained strength and muscle tone and almost eliminated the back pain I get from working 12 hour shifts as an RN. She is someone who focuses on life changes that stick not quick fixes that fade. She's so encouraging and positive but not in an annoying cheerleader way or scary drill sergeant way. HIGHLY recommend!
Sculpt has changed my whole way of thinking about personal training! I'm a 31 year old woman who was always too nervous and insecure to work with a trainer. Eleny's nurturing, peaceful energy has helped me learn to lift, grow comfortable with free weights, and have an amazing time getting fitter and feeling empowered. It's a different personal training experience than anywhere else! For anyone on the fence about trying personal training - DO IT! <3 You will be so glad you did. Thanks, Eleny!
