Excellent facility and most coaches were great—professional with no unnecessary touch beyond high-fives. However, unwanted and disrespectful touching from the main coach made me uncomfortable, so I left after my 6-month contract. I raised my concerns; I hope stricter boundaries and respect are in place for future members, especially women and mothers. Being post-partum is a vulnerable time.

I can’t recommend Sculpt HQ enough! This was my first time ever joining a gym, and at 50, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The sessions are fun, sometimes challenging, but the team always encourages you to extend yourself and do more than you thought possible. The skills I’ve learned here are ones I’ll carry with me long after I leave. Unfortunately, I’m moving too far away to continue, but I truly hope one day Sculpt HQ expands or franchises—I’d be back in a heartbeat. I joined this gym back in May, from a different gym in the area that I only went a handful of times due to lack of motivation, so was just wasting money. Sculpt HQ I have consistently been going 2-4 times per week since May and actually enjoy going. My motivation to go is very unlike me. I put this down to the incredibly supportive staff, the well thought out classes, the range of class times, and the ability to bring my 4 yr old at times, makes all the difference. Highly recommend.

Love training here! The gym’s always clean, has everything you need, and the atmosphere is amazing! Big shoutout to Sam, hands down the best PT! He makes every session fun but still pushes you to get results that I’ve tried to achieve for years! Couldn’t recommend him and Sculpt HQ enough

Sculpt HQ has such an amazing vibe! As a new personal trainer here, I’ve felt so welcomed by the community and the other trainers. The energy is always uplifting, and everyone makes you feel comfortable no matter what level you’re at. There’s truly nothing we don’t have from group fitness classes to recovery options, plus an incredible team of PTs. I highly recommend coming in for a trial to really get a feel for the space. We’re all here for the same reason — to feel good, get stronger, and have fun!
