I joined Sculpt Fitness back in June and have nothing but good things to say about it. I love how flexible the times of the classes are as well as how they are Mon - Sat. The trainers at Sculpt Fitness are practical in helping you achieve your goals. Everyone at Sculpt is warm and welcoming. I will definitely be referring others. This place is amazing, the coaches are some of the best I have worked with, not only is it motivating but I love the fact that you get to have a 1:1 to go over nutrition and have a plan tailored to you, still enjoying foods I love and getting stronger in the process. Excited for my journey!

I’ve been with Sculpt Fitness for over a month now I really enjoy the cleaning friendly environment. The small groups are fantastic. I like that I’m able to ask questions and that the trainers really focus on making sure you have the correct form and that you’re doing the workouts correctly. Before joining Sculpt, I had never strength trained nor worked with a person trainer. A friend suggested Sculpt Fitness and I’m so eternally grateful.
