This is the most unprofessional and petty dental practice I’ve ever dealt with. I run a dental lab, and Sculpt Dental ordered two crowns from us for $158.95. They didn’t even fill out their prescription correctly, which forced the patient to go through the ordeal of getting new crowns. Normally, a responsible dentist would admit their mistake, fix it, and put the patient first. Not here. I have terrible dental anxiety, but Dr. Suzie and her team make going to the dentist so much better! They know me by name when I walk in, I get there early to relax in the massage chair as they offer me champagne (sounds unreal I know but it’s true)! They have a nice warm blanket waiting on me when I go back, and I turn on Netflix on the tv mounted on the ceiling to watch while they work! I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Susie and her wonderful assistant, Sadie. From start to finish, they were incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and thorough when it came to all of my dental needs. BEST DENTIST EVER!!! I used to have so much anxiety about going to the dentist & everyone at Sculpt has completely changed my view on this. I now get EXCITED to go to the dentist, who would’ve thought?!?! These people are amazing & make me feel so comfortable every time I’m here. I’d recommend Dr. Suzie & her team to anyone!!!
Lindsey is the best hygienist I have ever been to. Sculpt was awesome. Everyone was so kind and the environment is so calming. I really like the TV on the ceilings with headphones to watch shows. It helped with my dental anxiety. Dr. Suzie explained my treatment plan well.
