Disappointed with the communication and lack of follow-through. I received multiple confirmations that my booking was going ahead, only to find out (after arriving) that it had been cancelled. Johnny mentioned he sent a text the day I booked (which I hadn’t seen) and admitted I would have received the automated messages afterward (up to 24 hours before confirming the booking was going ahead).
