I am so grateful to have found this amazing studio in Hampton Bays! The workouts are always creative, extremely challenging, and set to great music that makes the time fly by. All of the instructors are fantastic - authentic, positive and so encouraging. Huge thanks to Emily for creating such a fun, welcoming community. I feel stronger, healthier and more balanced when I can go - and I really miss it when I can't. Truly a special local gem!
This is my fitness home! From the moment you walk into the studio warm greetings from both staff and members make you feel like you belong. The women here are encouraging, not competitive—everyone cheers each other on, whether you're crushing it or modifying for the day. The small-group classes foster real connections. The instructors know everyone by name. It's not just a workout—it's my weekly dose of community, laughter, and empowerment. If you're tired of intimidating gyms, this is your place.
Sculpt by Emily has truly changed my life. Every class is filled with energy, motivation, and kindness. Emily creates such a welcoming space that makes you want to show up for yourself every day. Brooke is amazing, her class is the perfect place for beginners to start and build confidence. Each instructor brings their own magic and unique energy, and together they make every session feel empowering. I always leave feeling stronger, more peaceful, and inspired.
