At first this place was wonderful. We were extremely satisfied with the apartment itself as well as the maintenance. The maintenance team was quick, professional and pleasant. However, after a year in our apartment, the neighbors upstairs moved out and a new tenant moved in. The new tenant had moved from another apartment in the complex. They smoked constantly and their second hand smoke was filtering into our apartment. When we approached the office about the problem, they offered us a cheap air freshener.
