Absolutely the best customer service around. I am a assistant scoutmaster with Troop 110 we used Scuba quest in the past to get the boys certified in diving. So we called on them again when we had few boys wanting to get certified. What can I say Brandon was great to deal with. The instructor Chauncey was absolutely the best!! I’ve had nothing short of great customer service when shopping, having my tanks filled or just getting stuff ordered, I won’t use anyone else. They go the extra mile to get you what you need.
Great experience every time I’ve walked in the door. From titanium knives, flashlights and masks they have it and are very knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection and prices. 5 ⭐️ ‘s! 👍🏼
I was in Scuba Quest for the 1st time yesterday with our youngest child to prep her for an upcoming Keys Snorkeling Camp. Great family atmosphere, clean shop & a lot to choose from! I will always shop here from now on if needed! I had no idea what she needed or what the cost would be. Both gentleman took the time to explain the equipment to her, had her try it on for sizing & good fit, they made recommendations but did NOT push me to spend more or try to up-sell me at all! Chauncey Davis and Brandon Wolters took me from someone who didn't even know how to swim with fins to being very comfortable diving 60+ feet in under a week. They were both incredibly helpful from everything to diving skills to picking out my gear. I highly recommend them for anything involving scuba diving and look forward to taking other classes with them again. I drove around 2 hours (round trip) for every class and it was well worth the extra distance for such a high level of knowledge.
