One of the backwards banks on the planet. Nothing is fast or convenient with them. I’ve reached my breaking point. I’m on vacation and they flagged my purchases as possible fraud. I responded that it was not taking time out of vacation to respond that 4 different transactions were not fraudulent. The next day my card was locked and as usual when this happened is was a Sunday so I could not get in touch with anyone and the automated service said I needed to talk to a representative and to call back. I’ve had wonderful dealings with all the staff who work at the Belmont Street Branch . From the tellers to the Branch Managers, all have been welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly i. Helping me get my new checking and savings account set up in August .
