First I miss the loyalty and familar faces at Mansfield branch from years ago. I have been a customer for 26 yrs! I dont feel confident with transactions, many mistakes made , I get better greeting and interaction at CUMBERLAND FARMS. You are a small local institution. Customers should feel like family and not feel like employees going through the motions. I should not have to wait at drivethru while employee gets off computer and no customers there. I wish it was like it was up until 10 yesrs ago.
I was looking for a lender for a Mass Save Heat Loan and this credit union was the quickest and had the best communication. I became a new member very easily and was approved for the heat loan within 48 hours. I’m a happy new member and will likely move my other banking relationship here over time.
