The whole process was confusing, they had to redo the lease multiple times. We also were promised parking spaces that were not in the lease as they later on said they could not guarantee them. A lot of back and forth to get things clarified while they were continuously pushing for us to sign without the reading the amendments. The person we worked with was helpful tho and we got it all figured out but definitely could’ve been more organized

I lived Under SCSH for one year, before moving to a different location under different management. Unfortunately, I had quite a negative experience with SCSH, as we consistently had to call maintenance for a variety of issues and repairs, and were promised a monthly cleaning service, which was never fulfilled. In addition, management was quite difficult to get in contact with, and our requests were often met with hostility and animosity.
