I have lived here for a little less than 8 months and it is great! Maintenance is there right away if anything goes wrong, which it is very uncommon for something to go wrong. It is in such a perfect area and the community is amazing!
I have lived here for about 2 years now. Any maintenance needed is always done in a timely fashion. This has been a great apartment community!
During winter sidewalks and streets always cleaned off after snow during summer yards look great

I’ve lived here since this location opened. The space is so nice. The location is perfect. Half way between Wausau and point. Management is the best. Maintenance calls are handled properly. Lots of new things are being built around us. The theater is in the back yard. It’s a great place to live!
