First star because my cases were great and just as I was expecting (thank you, SKB Cases). Second star because, with the exception of my sales rep, everyone else I worked with provided me great service. They never answered the phone and I called several times over a couple of hours. Tried multiple different extensions and got nothing. Later, was passing by and thought I would stop in to buy but the office is one suite in the building and the door was locked with no notice of why. All this was on a weekday during working hours.

Had them create a custom insert for my mobile Vlogging setup. Drove out to crystal lake to talk with them and drop off my stuff. Came back a week later to pickup a custom pelican cases that holds everything perfectly. It's indestructible. So awesome.

Ordered 3 Pelican cases from the Custom Case Group. Trust me the cases were finely designed, strong and are of excellent material. I am basically an on-site provider of portable video conferencing solutions in Chicago. The price was fair and delivered on time.
