I've lived here for over a year. It is relatively a clean property. Maintenance is very timely in their response if you have an issue. Price point is good for having everything included minus electric.
Really nice place and everyone is really friendly! Contact is super easy and replies are usually quick, Had a good time renting as a first timer and really enjoy the closeness to town and how quiet it is! With how much is included in the rent alone it is really nice, again a lot of props to how quick things are responded to and updates on processes. Love that almost everything is included. Never had an issue with maintenance requests- they are promptly taken care of. I don't love that they charge a fee to pay rent using the AppFolio app.
I have lived here for a week now and it’s been peaceful. The management has been amazing with communication and helping out with any issues. I have a dog as well and it’s actually nice. So far i can tell it’s pretty sound proof as well as we never hear our neighbors. Again, peaceful and efficient. Definitely worth the price, especially since everything is included besides electricity!
