We are a harmonious, unique and luxurious Day Spa and Hair Salon located in the historic district of Enfield, CT, right on Route 190, Hazard Ave. Our free standing building was built in the mid 1800's and we have tried to preserve as much of the historic interior as possible, i.e. the original woodwork , paneling, etc. In keeping with the historic theme and it's uniqueness, our interior is decorated with antiques and traditional furniture. I have been coming to Scruples for yrs. They really treat me like family. I would never go any where else because they have earned my trust. Heidi who does my hair is awesome, always does what I ask. Prices are great also, which is a huge plus. I love everything about Scruples, couldn't ask for any better. Thank to Crystal and her team.
I went in today for a massage and a wax. The massage was great and the wax was quick and not too painful. These ladies certainly know what they are doing. It's a 30 minute drive that I will definitely be making again. It was a wonderful experience... On a side note I'm a nurse and quite critical of cleanliness and this place was clean and they used aseptic technique. I definitely recommend this place.
Was just able to purchase a gift certificate over the phone for a very dear friend. Crystal was lovely, so helpful and kind! I live all the way in Montana and she sent the certificate directly to my friend who lives in CT! My friend is also very pregnant, and I'm so glad I could find a place that will make her feel relaxed and pampered <3 Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience at Scruples with my daughter! Our mommy/daughter day was so special! The staff went out of their way to make our day truly special! Heidi was so helpful with suggestions and gave me a great haircut along with amazing highlights! My daughter loved her new cut too! Couldn't say enough about all the staff and the owner Crystal was so welcoming too! Will be seeing you all again very soon!
I just love my hair cut! Having 13" cut off was the best decision I made! Thank you Chelsey you did an amazing cut and color! Trusting someone with my hair has always been hard for me but I knew the moment I meet you I was with the right hair dresser! See you soon!
Have the owner get a professional nail person,I went to the salon and had to go to the Chinese to get fake ones.
Twice now I've treated 2 of my daughters to a wonderful couples "Spa Day" at Scruples for their 18th birthday. Both times the experience was excellent, and the staff & atmosphere very pleasurable, relaxing and accommodating. At my most recent visit Lisa did a fabulous job massaging my troubled body, and Brianna gave me a very lovely facial. Both ladies were outstanding! Thanks Scruples!
