1 hour and 20 minute wait and one of her “buddies” walked in she sat him down he didn’t even wait. I will never walk in that place again, sad for the local owners
Poor service. Poorly run business. No responses to voicemail on salon number or her cell. Responses to texts are hit or miss. Time does not seem to be a factor. If you make an appointment and need to get back to work you are out of luck. If you do not work and have time to sit and wait, then this is the place for you. First of the morning or first after lunch you may sit for 20 minutes waiting for her to show. No apologies or excuses for making you wait. Four times she has flaked on my mom's appointment.
