Used them one time to remove knob and tube wiring and get a letter for Teco, they were 30 minutes late and I had to call to see if they were on their way. On the phone it sounded like they forgot to put it on the schedule and came about an hour late. This wasn't the biggest deal, so I still tried to hire them again to verify an electrical panel for an insurance purposes. If they say they are going to be at your home- they are there! Unlike other companies that give you the run around, you won’t get that with Scruggs Electric.
Scruggs was recommended to us when we move into our SH home a few years ago. Our breaker panels have been maxed out, and Scruggs has been here a handful of times to offer a few short term solutions while we gear up for the long term one. The team is always professional, and fair and while I don't generally enjoy having to call the electrician, it's been a pleasure!
