Our employer sent out an email that we were now going to uniforms and we had a deadline to switch over. I am very pleased with my service with the scrub shop! I placed an online order and had some troubles getting shipping details. I went into the store and was greeted by Gracie (very lovely and very friendly lady!) She listened to my troubles and helped me out! She gave me a contact information for Keely (who I only spoke to via email about my order and I can tell she is a very nice lady as well) she understood my troubles and looked into the situation for me! They were so warm, welcoming, and attentive, and truly made the whole experience feel personal and fun.
