Worst order experience! Order received yesterday and trying to utilize happy returns the next day and can’t get it to work. Contacted scrubs and beyond and no resolve and no answer on when it can be resolved to get a label. Meanwhile $900 plus in charges and no way to return. Nearest store is 10 hrs away.
Worst company I’ve ever ordered from. Placed an order on 7/26/23 and here we are on 8/16/23 and I still have not received my order. I called their customer support numerous times and no one could tell me where my order was. They just said call FedEx. So I did their job for them and called FedEx and was bumped back and forth between them and USPS only to find out my order is on a boat somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. Terrible they don't do exchanges and their clothes run small and customer service is over Seas plus the online act as if they have nothing to do with store. Go to Walmart Star Scrubs
I placed an order last Tuesday and was expecting (per their websites information) it to ship by Wednesday or Thursday. Fast forward to Monday and still nothing has shipped so I call them (as I had no replies to my email I sent). I was informed that something is holding up my order and I asked to speak to a supervisor. I’m not into writing reviews, but I’m very frustrated with this company and its service. I ordered my scrub online, and I had to wait for weeks on the pending status. I had to call multiple times with zero help until I asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager. I couldn't cancel my order either . Two days later, the order was shipped, and as stated it will take 4-6 days for delivery. Now it’s been 8 days, and when I track it, it says that I have to wait for another 2 weeks for delivery.
