Penelope and Camila were absolutely wonderful during my visit. They were welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. What really stood out was their extra effort in calling around multiple store locations to track down the sizes I needed when both in-store and online inventory was out of stock. Their dedication, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciated their support in helping me complete my order successfully.

Called ahead asking if they had a certain color/size and they said without even checking “yeah, yeah we have it”. Drove forty minutes across the city, they did not in fact have them.

Even though they didn’t have a lot of options for me, Hannah made up for it with her top tier customer service! She called every store until she found the size, color, and style I was looking for. She even helped with the issues I had trying to pay with Klarna. She was very patient and helpful.

Employees were polite and offered to order sizes that were out of stock. Selection is very limited as they only seem to carry their own brand, Landau, Grey’s anatomy, some Carhartt, and very little Koi.
