Initially, I had decided to go to this store on Northern Avenue first because it had a 4.5 rating vs another nearby uniform store that only had a 4.0 rating. Upon entering the store, I was greeted and helped to what I was looking for. However, when I needed more assistance while in the dressing room, I had to get dressed and go out to ask them to assist me, as they seemed very busy chatting with each other. I had an amazing experience shopping at Scrubs and Beyond, thanks to the outstanding service from Michelle. She was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect scrub bottoms. Michelle was extremely patient, offering excellent recommendations. I left the store feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase. Thank you, Michelle.
Waste of a drive unless you want greys anatomy or landau
David and Electra were so much help! We had a great experience and I was so glad I decided to go out and shop and not order online. It was a refresher to have friendly and helpful faces, guaranteed I will be back!
This is my 4th pair of scrubs I've had to purchase and my last 3 visits were a while back, but the staff were all helpful and nice. However, during this visit, I had the pleasure of being helped by Michelle. She was so awesome. She helped me find exactly what I needed. I can only wear black scrubs at my work, and I really prefer the jogger bottom so there wasn't a whole lot of options but Michelle was there every step of the way.
