Came into scrubs beyond young lady help me with the hijab and she never gave me a phone call or anything letting me know that my order is here in the store. The store manager fixed the issue and found the item for me!
I placed an order in the store with this woman with a hijab. I came back in the timeframe that she told me and spoke to a gentleman in the store to pick it up, And was disappointed in the news that I received from him. He told me that the order was never sent out to be embroidered and I start my clinicals on Monday. This would be my first day in class and I’m not prepared. I was very very angry. Store was very clean and well organized! Staff were AMAZING, specifically Devonja!! He was amazing and super helpful!
Devonta was such an excellent help unbelievable! I actually planned on only buying one pair of scrubs but because of his help and willingness to help me and so courteously, I bought two pairs and some shirts thank you. I’ll be coming back to see you. :)
