Car left with soap spots and streaks all over car hope it doesn’t ruin my paint sitting out in the sun called support and they said did you let them know . I was like yes im letting you know . Went a week later same thing grey soap streaks all over car I’m done with luv car wash
The service has declined significantly since I became a Luv member. The staff is doing a good job, but the place isn't clean. My car doesn't come out of the machine like it used to. In fact, today the glass windows were very stained, and the place doesn't smell good.
