The manager is very disrespectful
This place has changed. Customer service was amazing my past visits lately. Shay went above and beyond helping me today. So Fresh and So Clean! 5 Stars!
Great car wash with poor customer service. I pay a monthly membership and choose this location for my cars cleanliness. Today Devin was called to move the cones while I waited to get me going. He looked annoyed that he had to help and just wanted to get back on his phone. Appreciation is out the window here. We need some customer service training in order to create a customer for life. Considering Soapify if it doesn’t get better.
