The equipment at the location at Mid Rivers Mall Drive and St Peter's Howell Road is in disrepair. The brushes are so far out of alignment they don't reach all parts of the cars.

The car wash is solid, and I do enjoy the ability to use the towels afterwards as part of the final self-detail. My main frustration has been with paying for the wash. I’ve been there 3 times overall and I have never had an experience where someone has not had to come over and work the kiosk. They ‘help’ and then also try to upsell you into a membership. Not sure I’ll be back, just an unnecessary hassle. Similar experience I had at Martian Car Wash a couple years back.
