Great wash for low price, free interior cleaning amenities are excellent Edit Since posting this, quality has dramatically decreased. They also continue to charge me membership fees after I called and canceled my account. Now I can’t even get anybody in the phone, and nobody has called me back from corporate. RIP OFF they also have been charging my card 30 per month but I have not been getting that same level of service
My window shield got damaged during the car wash. Waiting for their plan on my case. Will update later if they can solve it.
Definitely paid $30 to have my car scratched by their rollers, and it didn't even fully get the bird poo or bugs off the front of my car... I also did not feel my car get really jostled by an underbody flush which i thought was customary and the predominant reason i went in (I come from farther north, and with the salt i've had breaklines rust through before, once it thaws i always take it for the full works specificly for that). Their top coats also did not dry uniformly, and now I have seemingly perpetual bubbles on my fro... read more
Great car wash. Good value. Excellent supplies to finish cleaning the car.
Had car wash going on 3 weeks ago when three of us noticed chips to our windshields. Employee took ALL pertinent contact information and pictures of damage on all three vehichles. Was told we would get an e-mail or call in 2-3 days. Well, I’m still waiting to here from them!!! First and very last time I’ll go there!!!
