We had our initial cleaning last week. Since this was our first clean, two cleaners were involved we thought that it would have meant the house would be spotless and expertly cleaned. But that was not the case. There were a number of things that were not cleaned, or not cleaned well. All of the things that weren't cleaned were on their "checklist" that they checked off were cleaned.
