Need to hire competent staff that knows how to communicate. Was in the car was and the staff member was aggressively hitting the power wash on my windshield. Went inside to speak to management and there was another incompetent employee who didn’t know how I could get in contact with management. What a waste. Also please update your equipment. Why should I have to go a second round to get my car washed because all the dirt wasn’t off.

Despite the fact that someone was murdered across the street a couple months ago, I still went. Despite the fact that the carwash ran another vehicle into my car and tried to blame me, I continued to go. Despite the fact that the layout of this carwash is a nightmare to navigate, I continued to go. This car wash is one of the worst car washes around. Other car washes in the greater Portland area $15-16 for the premium wash. . We purchased the cheapest car wash for $15 and we were in and out in less than 30 seconds. Inside of the car wash (visibly) old rags which look like brushes will smear your car with light water. They will only touch l the top of the car. Due to this design, your car will still be covered in salt when you leave. If you hate your car this is a great car wash!
