I paid for an ultra wash, $25 and received an Express wash $11 The line was to long to wait again, busy Saturday afternoon. Last two ultra washes the tire shine wasn't working. Three errors in five washes. I called numerous times with no representative would answer. I'm done with Scrub a dub.
