Terrible. Always breaks down and doesn’t finish wash. Staff do not care.
This scrub a dub is unacceptable when it comes to respecting customers. It’s old wash breaks down constantly and does not finish the job - and employees will just tell you “too bad” and curse at you when you ask for them to make it right. The management here is terrible and inconsistent with the rest of their locations.
Slipped an fell right outside of this business yesterday while a car was pulling out from the wash. Not an employee in sight. They need to do better at salting the ground on freezing days if the water is coming FROM THEM
I’ve been a loyal customer at Scrub-A-Dub for two years, but after my recent experience, I’ll never return. I took my car through the wash and came out with a cracked windshield and scratches all over my hood. When I reported it, they immediately denied responsibility, claiming the damage was already there—even though I know it wasn’t. I have been using this car wash for two years, but after my last visit, I will never return. They cracked my windshield and left scratches all over my hood. When I brought it to their attention, they completely denied any responsibility, insisting that the damage didn’t happen there. I’m extremely disappointed with their lack of accountability and customer service. If you care about your car, I’d recommend going elsewhere!
