The line into the street from the machine was backed up; the machine ejected the car behind me into my car and rammed it several times. Other car suffered damage. They were swift with paperwork but it seemed routine for them - you would think there would be safety measures in place.

I wanted to purchase a membership for my granddaughter. Over the past 2 weeks I have made over 50 phone calls to the Brighton location. Not a single one was answered. I called Prestige car wash and spoke to a representative on my first call. The staff at Prestige were very responsive and their membership was half the price. Thank you for the unintentional favor.

Terrible experience. They left long horizontal scratches along the right side of my new 2025 car, with some of them getting past the paint. The manager was unhelpful, argued that the scratches weren't caused scratches by them and must've been from snow or salt, and didn't even offer a refund. I hand wash my car regularly and have never gotten scratches before. Snow and salt wouldn't have caused ones this long and deep. Terribly disappointed in ScrubaDub and its services.
