Unfortunately, we never had an opportunity to experience this cleaning service, but I felt it important to post information about the unprofessional experience of being 'stood up'. We made an appointment for an in-person consultation via the Scrub Squad Cleaning website for yesterday at 2 p.m. We received an email confirmation of the appointment when it was booked and then received another email confirmation/reminder on Sunday afternoon. Great cleaning company. Makes my house look like my three gigantic slobbery dirty dogs don’t even live here! Does great weekly maintenance cleans and deep cleans!
Omg Kate is a life saver. She deep cleaned both my boyfriend and Is apartment and I don’t think theyve ever been cleaner. I could cry I’m so happy
