No, customer service was not professional. It hasn't been the same since Hope Salas left. It's sad to know I couldn't continue business there at scrub fashions anymore. Hope Salas was very professional about her job, she had all the knowledge to know when any of us needed our questions answered. Smart and very respectful to me and my associates. This was the time of year I would send my associates in to look at the new fall line with her and discuss the new uniforms to make my group orders.
