I visited today around 3:30 PM. The greeter, Cliff, was extremely rude after asking a simple question of the differences between the car washes. The premium plus does not have an explanation, and he proceeded to tell me to “read the screen” and rolled his eyes. I heard excellent things about this car wash so I was very disappointed. I was considering the monthly membership, but not anymore.
Writing as of 12/29/25 evening, whoever this guy is - seems like a manager is so rude, he is mumbling something looking at customers, seems unhappy with his job. I hope he does not think that he’s paying for everyone’s car wash who comes through scrub co express.
