Great car wash with elite service and awesome people
This is my favorite carwash ever. I just wish I lived closer so I could use it more often!
Some of the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. I had cancelled my membership in time and was still charged. When I notified them I was pretty much told that I was lying and that I only called AFTER I got the charge notification. While it is true that I called after I saw the notification, I called the day before to cancel. This is what happens when a business trusts AI to handle customer service. That being said, the person I exchanged emails with was a real person who told me I was lying.
Terrible experience, terrible wash. Started and canceled membership in one day. Good luck to anyone else, Hoffman is still supreme.
Once a week I go for a second prepaid plan car wash and the boy activates the retractors leaving my car filthy bugs and dirty tiers,I don't have a roof rack or hitch on my vehicle clearly this BOY IS DOING ME A DIS-SERVICE and clearly prejudiced of a senior citizen
