Hardly ever a long line for the "Hands Free" drive through . Paid 12 dollars for a wash and literally wiped dirt off of my car while towel drying, more than a little. The blowers really dont work well. This place could use a tune up

Excellent self-service dog wash. Love the multiple types of shampoos available. My dog loved it and he hates baths. It was a godsend after a very fun and dirty 4th of July camping weekend out in the woods. We swung by on the way home and we're so thankful it was open and everything was available on a holiday weekend Sunday. It was very clean! The hot air in the blowdryer doesn't work though so hopefully the managers sees this and fixes it. Well worth the detour for us!

Defective mechanism. I paid for a wash , drove into the bay but the wash didn't start, just kept telling me to "move forward". I had pre paid for 3 washes so I used the 2nd one to go through a different bay. I have been trying to contact them to get a refund, but no one answers the phone, no call back and no replies to emails. I'm saving my dashcam footage for proof.
