I pay a monthly fee, love getting my car washed anytime
Been going here for years, yesterday, I took my car in and at the beginning, I heard a huge thump from the scrub brush from one of the guys and when I pulled into Kroger, there was a dimple sized dent with a footlong sized scratch on that side where the thump came from. Not sure if the worker was just reckless, stoned, or both. But I will absolutely not be spending another dime at this establishment. Clean car but left water streak on my windows
I don't know why the employees here can't pull me in straight every time I come to this car wash. I hit my tire before I pull in. It has rims on it. My car already pulls to the left. How many times do I have to hit the thing with my tire before either pops or bends? My rim? This car wash is not very customer friendly. They pull you in without even looking at your tire. I doubt I'll be renewing my membership
