Paid 25.00 for a card wash and it was a horrible job bottom part and back of car were not even half way cleaned.. never again will I return here.
I have used this car wash for years. I went yesterday and during the wash my passenger side mirror was flipped back. It happens so I thought nothing of it as i was in the way home. When I got home and went to flip the mirror back, I saw my bumper was hanging off! I only live about a mile from the car wash and nothing happened on the way home. I am pissed. Decided to buy a monthly membership, went to my local location at 7:32p and it was closed. Google says 8p, their website says 8p close time. The water trail from the cleaning tunnel was fresh. I guess they decided to close early for some reason. Will use my first wash that I paid for then will cancel. Cannot stand inconsistent business hours.
The touch screens to order washess never work. Well 4 of times they don't. They're so bad it's better to have ssrvice attendant. They even have a sign there that says honk twice for service. Today, for the 3rd and last time, it didn't work. I honked and no one came. Had to back out and leave that stupid curvy driveway with a 90degree turn because you're locked in.
