My dad used Mr Scoggins to set up a family trust. My dad is now under hospice care so my family met with Mr Burns to go over the to do list to prepare for the future. He was very comforting and thorough. I would highly recommend to anyone!
Michael Burns and his staff (special thanks to Lauryn and Kay) were patient, professional, and comforting during one of the hardest times in our lives. This law firm is not inexpensive, but they were thoughtful about where their time added value. Their invoices were clear and accurate, and we felt we received excellent representation for the fees charged.
Michael was very friendly, thorough and patient with our estate plans. This was our first estate planning experience since having a child. He made sure everything was covered and answered questions well before and after signing the documents. The staff were very nice and helpful too.
