I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! Sarah was extremely helpful and kind while Meliza worked her magic to get me a medication that is out of stock at so many pharmacies. I’m so grateful to them both.
This is the only pharmacy that would fill my specific prescription. Sarah, the pharmacist, went above and beyond to help my get my prescription transferred here. She followed up with me when the medication shipped and even sent me a video on how to take the prescription correctly. I’m so grateful for how kind and caring Sarah was. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone who needs a compound pharmacy.
Just wanted to share a positive experience… There was an issue with the instructions were written on one of my prescriptions and one of the pharmacist got involved and took a very hands-on approach, she was able to step all the way through the process both with the doctors office and the partner pharmacy that actually fulfills the prescription and make sure everything had been expedited as quickly as possible… I greatly appreciated the proactive approach from the pharmacist here!!
Has anyone experienced any difficulties of having a prescription delivered to another town other than Houston. I had a great experience with calling them
Sarah the pharmacist was very helpful, friendly and willing to stay on the phone with me and chat about a situation I was in. This pharmacy is a lifesaver for my endometriosis disease pain! I hope they stay in business forever lol.
