I'm frustrated at the fact it's March and their website still isn't set up to check on information. If you weren't ready to take on this big of an account you shouldn't have. Then when you call they also have no access and just look on the same website we see. I have called multiple doctors to schedule appointments from the find a doctor and they say they do no take the insurance. Horrible company, it was better as community care. I’m receiving inaccurate information every time I call Customer Care and they promised me callbacks but never do literally. My kids skipping school for doctors appointments only to be turned away Because SGRX complications. Pharmacy turned me away, saying Insurance is terminated, even though it is Paid in full.
I received a letter in the mail from my insurance on December 27th 2025 that my healthcare provider was changing from Community Care Associates to SGRX effective January 1st 2026. In the 30+ years I have had personal health insurance, over multiple providers, I have never dealt with a more useless and poorly operated company. I was told the change to SGRX was going to provide better communication, customer service, and quality of healthcare and all of those proved to be lies. Terrible. Triple the amount in prescription costs. Voiced my opinion to our new company and many others have had the same complaint. We can get cheaper through discount cards like GoodRX which is free.
