Every individual I've met in this company has been genuine, hard working, and intent on providing excellent customer service. Our experience has been terrific.
I'm frustrated at the fact it's June and their website still isn't set up to check on information. Its been 6 months!! If you weren't ready to take on this big of an account you shouldn't have. Then when you call they also have no access and just look on the same website we see. I have called multiple doctors to schedule appointments from the find a doctor and they say they do no take the insurance. It shouldn't be this hard to get an appointment for things I NEED to have checked out. If I had the money to use the other insu... read more

Horrible company, it was better as community care. I’m receiving inaccurate information every time I call Customer Care and they promised me callbacks but never do literally. My kids skipping school for doctors appointments only to be turned away Because SGRX complications. Pharmacy turned me away, saying Insurance is terminated, even though it is Paid in full.
