Lacking customer loyalty. They would not honour a voucher / credit I had on my account. Extremely disappointed. If you’re looking for loyalty, script isn’t the place for you. Management are self concerned.
Had a specialist named Joseph who was very knowledgeable and helpful with what I needed for my skin type. From beginning to end, he gave an exceptional customer service! Thank you Joseph.
A friend suggested I visit Script to get advice on my current routine. The consultant was patient, knowledgable and not at all pushy. There is so much misinformation out there about skincare and it's overwhelming, even for the skin educated! I was upfront with the consultant - not interested in treatments or tweaks and not prepared to add too many newbies to my routine just yet. Relaxed, informative and fun experience. Thank you!
I highly recommend coming here, so informative and attentive, helps you understand your skin a lot. Amanda was so amazing, not only helped me tackle my biggest insecurities and problems on my skin right away, but suggested the right products/treatments and didn’t try to sell anything unnecessary! I ended up buying a few products and I’m so excited to try it out :)
Went in for a browse - left an hour later! My girlfriend and I came in yesterday whilst in emporium and stumbled across Script. We had an amazing experience with Amanda who performed a last-minute consultation for us, even though we didn't have a booking! She gave us VIP treatment, walked us through the skin analysis process with your VISIA machine and explained every different aspect of our skin in-depth.
