If you are in HR for your company and shopping around, avoid this company. Since switching to them, this company has been REACTIVE to everything. I thought it was something specific to my account, but so many in my company have run into the same issues. Nothing is accomplished online, which takes even more time. It feels as though this company is running in a time warp, stuck in 1985.
These guys are crooks, they owed me $500, I spent $50 and countless hours trying to get what they owed me, then they paid me $100. Minus the $50 I spent I got a total of $50 when they owed me $500. Stay away from these crooks. I would sue them, but it would cost to much, thats why they get away with it.
