Have had delivery problems for several years. Cut back deliveries to 2 days a week and continue to have problems. Checked to see how much credit on my a/c and was told vacation suspensions do not result in a credit unless the suspension is for more than one week. I know of no other product that charges for non delivery of the product. A sham.
We have problems with delivery, too. Terrible service!
I canceled service yet was billed the same day for another month of service. Called and canceled again and wanted refund of money taken, and was told I decided to remain a customer but service was canceled. SO TAKE MY MONEY and NO PAPER WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS are they running???? Now refund is 3-4 weeks away of 6.94 The paper is not worth it there is no value in the paper for me internet works better!
0. Consistent problems with delivering to home just one day a week. At least 6 weeks now, have not received the Sunday paper. Have been disabled for years and just ask for paper to be delivered to my home. What is so difficult.
