discharge papers took about two hours to get look over the desk people just eating snacks. some of the people are so amazing the first part being here was amazing and quick whoever helped were amazing. however rude when i question why a big copay and again people waiting hours on discharge papers like at that point email us so yall can eat and talk chisme. again people when you first walk in beauty amazing so kind but those behind the windows nah.

I went to urgent care prior to the ER but was turned away because it was out of their scope and I could not have made the drive to the VA hospital in La Jolla. My Dad has stage 4 lung cancer and was admitted here thru the ED a few times. They only let 1 family member go with the patient at a time. This is a stupid rule that needs to be changed.
We went to the small emergency hospital and I want to thank Trevor, Dr. Medero, Nurse monica Morgan, Mark, Braulo and Joseph around 12:40 p.m. to 5 p.m.. thank you for taking care of my mom. You guys were so kind and very helpful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
