My Dad has stage 4 lung cancer and was admitted here thru the ED a few times. They only let 1 family member go with the patient at a time. This is a stupid rule that needs to be changed.
We went to the small emergency hospital and I want to thank Trevor, Dr. Medero, Nurse monica Morgan, Mark, Braulo and Joseph around 12:40 p.m. to 5 p.m.. thank you for taking care of my mom. You guys were so kind and very helpful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Recently in an accident with pretty severe second degree burns and drove myself here. When I came stumbling through the door, smelling like a bonfire, they immediately rushed me back. Dr. Hernandez was great and very empathetic. They managed my pain well while cleaning my wounds. They made the experience as comfortable as they could, all things considered. I’m grateful!
Husband was forced to be taken here by EMTs & I adamantly disagreed. Stating I wanted him to be taken to UCSD or Sharp where he’s been to a month & 1 day before! They refused to listen! He NEVER removes his Wedding Ring as he loves it since 1st was grounded by sink grinder. EMTS stated there was no need to remove it so they kept it on. CV Scripps Mercy IS WELL KNOWN for thefts and stating they don’t know anything of property even listed as it’s not posted on patients record, etc! Long wait. They didn't give me a room because they said I didn't have a temperature. And they don't care that I can barely stand on my feet. They don't care.
