I just want to recognize the nurses and staff at the front desk today for their kindness. I'm waiting with a friend in the lobby of the ER and there's a man that comes up to the front desk and starts being very disrespectful and demanding to the nurses and front desk. I watch as they de-escalate the situation in a very calm and respectful manner all while taking care of others who are here to be helped and remaining kind to all others as well. Emergency room staff and doctors are amazing. I haven't gotten to meet everyone else but 🤠 My hat and 🥋🥷mask is off to you all. always . you are the foundation to this nation. May everyone be more respectful to you all 🙏 thank you for everything
Sent me away without imaging/testing and referred me to a neurosurgeon who won’t allow me to schedule with him without imaging or testing.. then the clinic further advised that he will likely not accept me at all because it is work related injury. What was even accomplished after I worked the courage up to be seen for emergent care? Extremely upsetting
Great care but understaffed at times. Long wait times but you get triaged by a RN so if it’s more urgent you don’t have to wait to see the doctor and get meds. Very knowledgeable doctors and nurses when you get seen they don’t rush you through the process. Ask all your questions and things you don’t know go ask are given to you at check out with written discharge instructions. Prescriptions are sent in right away too! Or get them filed there by Scripps if it’s in your insurance plans network.
