Was not told anything about one of the issues I ctacame in for.when I know it was an abnormal body part.but wasn't discussed.left me feeling not very cared about.
It was a little bit of a long wait but Dr Ramesh Subramani, MD got me right in and was super helpful. All the nurses were super helpful!!
Long wait time. We spent 5 to 6 hours there. Doctor was fine but siad she was going to consult and never came back. A baby was there with high fever and she had to wait 4 to 5 hours. Unbearable to watch. Lots of employees were walking around but there were only 3 doctors. The waiting room filled up 4 times between 5 pm to 10:30pm. no wonder the wait time was so long
The team was all incredibly kind and professional. They gave me a clear diagnosis and clear printed instructions upon my discharge..
ER to definitely NOT come back to. Came in for uncontrollable abdominal pain and the doctor kept insisting I only came in for vomiting and dehydration which I never even mentioned. Wouldn't even give me a Tylenol. Kept saying I wasn't there for pain. When I look at my chart it says main complaints abdominal pain yet nothing was done about it. I think I know why I came into the ER for MYSELF more then you do.
