Got an awful respiratory infection from my cruise. Had to go twice in one week. Had great care from the front sign in person to both doctors I worked with and the breathing staff who gave me my treatments. Everyone was fantastic. Even the payment folks who work with you to make sure your insurance is on board. Shout out to Triage Nurse Melissa S. ER doctor: Dr. Phillips who took a ton of time listening to me and my symptoms, and Kyra C at the front desk. ALL phenomenal!!!!

In January 2025, my wife went to Scrippe Emergency. Due to the offensive treatment she received, she has been undergoing therapy for over a year now. She informed the ER she didn't take medications/drugs, she was immediately given a drug for her headache, which she did not have, and kept drugged to maintain cohesive control. It is with great regret, embarrassment and guilt that I didn't take my wife out of the hospital after two (2) days of not seeing a doctor.
