These ER Doctors are not in anyway hav compassion for patients who have medical disability.. If I provide them with medical records for medicine used and prescribed for me, the Doctors in ER will refuse to treat you.. You're ultimately sent out of the ER and told you must see your Primary Care provider instead.. I received the run around from Scripps At the Santa Fe ER office..

Truly Awful! You feel like you get scammed by these doctors. I can not stress this enough. You go to Scripps Emergency as they are an In-Network provider and then you are seen by an out of network doctor. During the visit this was never explained to us and we ended up being billed for an out of network visit even though we were in an In-Network facility. wow, this must be a scam. the phone number posted never answers in-person even during normal business hours and instead just states a man's name. how dare they.

Misrepresent that they are a part of Scripps Memorial Hospital. They are actually a 3rd party vendor and not affiliated with Scripps Memorial Hospital. This deception has led to patient billing delays and confusion.
