Received an estimate for services and the bill was nearly $800 above the "good faith estimate" I received both verbally AND in email. I've learned through Billing Support that their estimate isn't an estimate, it's an "estimate". If I was given an accurate estimate, I would have skipped the testing and not placed my family in this position but I was not given the opportunity to make an accurate financial decision, as the estimate was nearly $800 wrong - oh, and it's due in two weeks, the agent reminded me. It’s not a walk-in. I wish I had an appointment. We arrived 20 minutes ago and are still waiting. I’ll definitely make an appointment next time.

This review is to compliment an employee for extraordinary service. Nilo in the imaging department at the 320 building in Encinitas recently helped my wife through a series of Xrays. She had polio at age 12 and is now 85 so she's been having all sorts of imaging events in those 73 years...she should be glowing in the dark by now. Her polio residuals...severe scoliosis, 10 vertibrae fusion, no leg muscles, severe shoulder strains from years of vaulting (remember, no leg muscles)...have been challenging but she has maintained ... read more

Jennifer isn’t going to be answering phones much longer. Rude and power trippy, I wonder how much they pay to get negative reviews removed because every single person there was awful
