My husband passed a kidney stone while on vacation and was in excruciating pain. Everyone was compassionate and quickly got him the care he needed. I was so impressed that this Urgent Care is more like a mini-ER. We had emergency nurses and emergency doctors who provided the most professional care. So impressed with Scripps!
I came to urgent care after a fall down my stairs. Even though my wait was a little long, the entire staff was very nice and accommodating. My main complaint was and still is significant pain in my right shoulder, with very limited range of motion. I was sure I did not have a fracture, but was very concerned about a possible tear. The physician was very thorough and made a referral to orthopedics for an evaluation. I didn’t see a doctor or nurse but the front desk staff was so helpful! My insurance was out of network at this location and they took the time to make sure I didn’t spend three to $500. And give me other locations to take my insurance.
