What’s great clinic
We actually switched all our family health care due to a doctor unprofessional & dismissal behavior in an empty urgent care at this location. We actually were seen at hospital and went straight into emergency surgery. Never again Scripps!
I went to Urgent Care on a Saturday afternoon. The complete staff was extremely helpful and efficient. I received excellent care from Dr Rica Bonomo. My test results were in before I left the facility and my prescription was sent as well. Great service.
I went to Scripps Urgent care and was seen by Dr Andrews. I found her care to be exceptional. She listened to my problems, ordered an X-ray and took time to explain what was happening with my injury. As we were talking she noticed I had a cough and checked my portal and saw I had been coughing for over 5 weeks. She ordered a chest X-ray to make sure I didn?t have pneumonia and then sent a script to my pharmacy. I found her to be very thorough and caring. I would highly recommend her.
Scripps Jefferson is a horrible place. Last night I brought my son in at 7pm with a possible broken thumb. Half way through checking in some awful lady said that they will not help or even see my son, I'm thinking why they close at 8pm and we arrived 1 hour before they close. There was only 1 or maybe 2 people in the waiting room. They turned away an 11 year old with a possible broken thumb 1 hour before they close and didn't even offer to look at it or try to help out in any way.
